  Great dinner! We went here quick before a concert. Fantastic drinks, great server and good meal relatively quick for a Friday night! Highly recommended!

  Uccello's is the hidden gem that I always forget about. The downtown location is clean, has great service, and delicious food. Think modern sports bar Italian place. Great place for families, groups of friends, and the hungry singles. I love their pizza and the burgers are the best. I'm such a sucker for good pizza and cheap beer. I highly suggest joining their amazing rewards program. You receive points every time you go AND there is a promotion of $5 when you join!
  
  But Hannah why then did you only rate it 4 out of 5? Although I love this place, it has never 5 out of 5 wowed me. Guess I will just have to keep going.

  I would give them 3.5 stars if that was an option.
  
  We came around 4:45 on Thursday and had no wait, which was awesome. Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgable, made us feel comfortable and kept our water glasses full.
  
  Our food was pretty good- although our pasta came almost immediately after our appetizer- which is a little suspicious. The penne with tomato cream sauce was really watery- unexpected for a cream sauce. We also were missing some fresh cheese grated on top.
  
  I'm not sure if we're dying to come back.

  Mom and I browsed the menu of every Italian restaurant in downtown Grand Rapids and ended up here! We were so happy with our decision, we will definitely have to return since there are many things on the menu that caught our eye and didn't get to try. Neither of us ordered a pasta dish though. The chicken entrees were perfect. Nice size portions, great value for the money. Food was flavorful and came out as expected.  Our service was also terrific, even with a server who was in training. Lots of big TV screens make this place great to watch a game.  However, the volume is turned up quite a bit, so you can expect it to be loud in there. They also have outdoor seating which is nice.

  We're here for work, so coming in late at night comes with a price of, "which place at walking distance would still have their kitchen open?" So we ran the handy dandy Yelp app in my super awesome Samsung Galaxy S9 Phone with the amazing retina scan. We saw that this spot is still serving food.
  
  So we walked over from our uber posh Amway Grand hotel and parked ourselves at the bar. Our awesome bartender came and did our order.
  
  Buffalo Hot Wings:     These guys are pretty good. Were big time spicy connoisseurs and this guy is respectable. Chunky blue cheese dip was definitely a perfect combination.
  
  Seafood Pizza:     Phenomenal,, this pizza is extremely yummy. Perfect seafood flavors that's super euphoria in my mouth.  I'd have this dish over and over and over and over again.
  
  The setting is a bit all over the place. It's more of a sports bar than a ristorante. But the service is exceptional. The bar tender was super friendly and super on point.
